  • Supporting two EMC Symmetrix storage arrays located in Edinburgh Scotland servicing a half a peta-byte of storage.  Developed and established method for managing storage using the symmetrix command line utility and group name service in support of the responsibility requirement to share administrative duties with the client’s own storage team.
  • Participated in Request for service solutioning and project planning.  Coordinated project implementation and Disaster Recovery testing with one other team member and the Royal Bank of Scotland’s own storage team.
  • Lead coordination of the integration of a dozen new accounts into the newly formed L2ZH department through regularly scheduled account focals meetings and the creation of a team room and process for gathering information and managing projects and tasks across the accounts in the department.
