Infrastructure Architect, Unix Server Engineer
Account: The Hartford

  • I created qualification documentation for various systems in support of SAN solutions present on the account used by system administrators for correct settings, driver and patch implementation. I established the processes for several SAN refresh projects which successfully converted and migrated over a petabyte of storage.
  • I worked with the Business office supporting and designing the forms used by the architecture teams to document designs used in the generation of proposals and implementation
  • I worked with the client on Project Requests to gather Business and Technical requirements and formulated a solution response documenting an architectural design.  Upon approval I submitted required service requests to initiate procurement and implementation.
  • Received IBM Senior Infrastructure Architect Certification in 2013..
